December - Part 1

Some fun pictures from December...

As most everyone at least semi-close to us knows, Jared was accepted into the Nursing Program at Dixie State University - We took a trip down there to find a place to live - the first few pictures are of our trip to St. George.

Mya loved seeing the lights on at the temple and seeing Baby Jesus!

We also met our newest cousin/nephew Enoch!  These two are about 4 months apart.

We went to the Zoo Lights and saw lots of fun lights.  Not very many animals, but Mya still loved it.  It was SOOOO cold from the wind coming out of the canyon - we had to keep the kids bundled up tight!

Staying warm!

Playing Angry Birds in her pillow house...I love her imagination!

Doing her own Makeup...

Isn't she so pretty!?

Playing with friends our own size...almost.  This little guy is 2 months younger, but Preston was excited to have another little guy around him.

Saying bye to good friends.  Mya's last couple days at daycare were sad, and she still constantly talks about her friends.

Silly kids!

She loves to read books!

December marked Preston's first tooth...he wasn't very cooperative, this is as good as I could get, and you can just barely see it!

Bath with Jaina!

Cheese!  She has such a funny personality!

Our little guy is growing up too fast... :(

November

Here are a few pictures of our lives in November...

LOVES to eat Snow!

Cutest eskimo ever!

LOVES to eat washcloths

Luckily this was a dry erase marker..it wiped right off!

Had to make sure she got it all!

They made these cute head dresses at daycare of things the kids are thankful for.  Mya still wears hers occasionally.

There are a few pictures of him like this.  He loves his bouncer and would be jumping one minute and asleep the next, it was hilarious!

First bath together!

We only made it to Temple Square once while the lights were on, it was an unusually warm evening but it started to rain right when got there, so we didn't stay long.

Almost asleep...

Remembering Grandpa Wertz

Our sweet grandpa Wertz passed away at the end of October at the age of 98! He was such a great man!  He loved his family and especially enjoyed his grandkids and great-grandkids!  We were fortunate to spend a lot of time with him the last few years of his life, I am so glad that we have some fun pictures of him!

The day of the funeral was a beautiful fall day!

It was a long day - this is the best family pic we could get. :)
