September (Part 2)

We love to drive through the canyons in the fall.  This year we stayed at Jared's aunt's house at the top of Big Cottonwood canyon and drove through Guardsman's Pass - it was gorgeous!

 

There were actually a lot of wildfires when we took these pictures, I'm glad they turned out - for the most part.

September (part 1)

We had a busy & fun September, here are a few things we did the first part of the month...

 

 

Picnic in the Mountains - wish we would have done this a few more times, it was a lot of fun!

Playing in the dirt - this girl LOVES dirt & sand!

It was very warm when we first got there, by the time we left we were all bundled up.

Banana boats - mmmm, SO yummy!!

Banana, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, whip cream - what more could you want??

This is one of the only pictures of this boy with a binky, my mom is probably the only person who could get him to take a binky.

August

August was my last month of Maternity Leave. :(  We had a lot of fun.

 

Jared must have been a little too playful with Preston, cuz he spit up all over! (It even went in Jared's mouth...it was pretty hilarious!)

Solitude Lake up Big Cottonwood Canyon



We almost always see Moose when we're at Solitude Lake, this time there were 3!  2 Female's and a baby.

I take a lot of pictures of Preston close up, I LOVE his eyes!

Preston lost most of his baby hair in August - this is kinda gross, but this was his bassinett sheet.  We miss his baby hair!!!
